FOR BIRTHDAY,CELEBRATION CAKES,CUPCAKES & GIANT CUPCAKES..... A non-refundable deposit to confirm your booking and hold the date is required
PLEASE NOTE... Deposits are non-refundable if you cancel 14 days or less before the required date as agreed when your order has been finalised as i can be booked well in advance & turn away clients to make your cake for someone's special day
After we deliver your cake or after collection from my premises i accept no responsibility for any damage,accidents or loss that may occur & as a result no refunds or part refunds will be issued.
Payment of your deposit for any order is taken as your acceptance of these terms & conditions & no dispute will be entered in to there after
